We can’t deny that 2021 is closer and closer to knocking on our doors and while this has definitely been a wildly unexpected year, we can’t deny that it has been one where the coaching industry BOOMED!

While many industries sadly and unfortunately tanked or went under, the coaching industry truly grew. Believe it or not, I really think this is just the beginning. Next year more and more opportunities will open up for new coaches and the demand for the work that you do will continue to increase greatly.

This is not something that happens often. It is a wave that you must catch, ride, and master if you want to truly reap the rewards of this booming industry. To put it simply, it’s your time to go all in and skyrocket your business.

Which is why I wrote this week’s blog – to tell you everything you need to know about marketing to crush these last two months of 2020.

What you need to know about ‘end-of-the-year’ marketing:

  • Commit to your growth and success like you never have before

This means that you need to drop the excuses and treat your business like a priority. Don’t have time? Wake up earlier. Don’t have money? Get a part-time job. You don’t know how to make it happen? Hire a *good* business coach. Something didn’t work out? Find a solution. Your launch flopped? Learn from it and launch again. You’re scared? Do it anyway.

  • Don’t over complicate your marketing plan AND stick to it

This means if you decide to focus on promoting discovery calls in for the rest of the year through platform xyz, stop changing the plan every two seconds. You’ve got to keep pushing even when it feels like things may not be working. It’s not just about thinking or planning to do things, it’s about doing them exceptionally well and with consistent conviction – especially when it comes to your ‘end-of-the-year’ marketing. This is also why keeping simple is super effective, because this time of the year is busy for everyone. The simpler you keep it, the more likely that you are to follow through.

  • Believe in yourself wholeheartedly and move forward with confidence 

This is 80% of the game when it comes to solid and effective ‘end-of-the-year’ marketing. What this really means is that you believe in yourself, your services, and your capacity to sell whatever you’re deciding to market in this last little sprint. This also means dropping old habits and beliefs so you can reconstruct a new version of you that DECIDES to create success and shows up to make it happen. 

  • Set realistic goals

You’ve got less than two months if you’re reading this the second this blog comes out, which means that you have no time to let doubt get in the way. Personally, when it comes to ‘end-of-the-year’ marketing, I rather you set realistic goals so you don’t get stuck because of insecurity than to set big goals that keep you from taking action.  

  • Hire support even if it feels scary 

Honestly, when it comes to marketing effectively, one of the best things you can do is to hire a coach that knows her stuff and can help you customize your marketing plan. Getting expert support not only highly increases your chances of ending 2020 with a lot more clients and cash in the bank, but it also will set you up for unimaginable success for the beginning of next year. If you don’t have enough business acumen, trying to figure out your marketing efforts on your own can feel confusing and overwhelming. There ain’t no shame in getting some help here.
