9. Results Disclaimer
As with any business-related program, the results achieved with Starland Coaching services vary from customer to customer. Results are based on many variables, such as level of effort, business acumen, personal qualities, knowledge, skills, and a host of other factors. Since these factors differ for each individual, we cannot guarantee your success, results, income level, nor are we responsible for your success or failure. It takes time, effort, and dedication.
10. Scope of Work
Identifying objectives, issues and opportunities, to enable you to gain insight and understanding into your current business situation and thereby support you in achieving goals, strategies, and objectives that can enhance your life, business, and/or confidence.
This agreement will continue until completion of the services and/or if the package or program is renewed, unless terminated earlier by either party upon advance written notice.
If for some reason Client is not satisfied and wishes to stop the Program at any time, Coach can simply be notified via written notice. But because the Coach will have invested considerable time, effort, and financial investment in service or program, if Client decides to withdraw for any reason whatsoever, Client will still will remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Service or Program, and no refund will be provided. All packages and programs at Starland Coaching, LLC are non-refundable.
Notwithstanding the previous paragraph, if Client intentionally or repeatedly does not abide by these terms, and the situation is not resolved within 10 days of receiving written notification from Starland Coaching, we reserve the right to end the coaching relationship immediately.
